Rita is CEO and a Consultant with Candlelight Training. She had been formally working in a Multi-National Company as a trainer for more than 15 years. She is a Certified Trainer from the Institute of Training & Development, CITD, UK.  She has completed her Diploma in Management (MIM) and Insurance (MII). Her Company is registered with PSMB. She is pursuing her Masters Degree in Theology (AOIC).

Her years of experience in Allianz Insurance working in the Human Resource Division has enabled her to master many HR Skills. She has developed HR policies and helped set up the Performance Management System in the Company.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the education, HR and training industry. She has lectured and offered training to leading multinational organizations. To date she has personally delivered more than 1,000 training programmes (ranging from Teambuilding, Phone Power, Impactful Public Speaking Skills, Train the Trainers, Business Communication Skills Workshop, Administrative Office Management, Emotional Intelligence and English Language Workshops).

She specializes in Teaching English to Corporate Companies, students and children. She has her own Learning Centre.

She is currently the President of Nawem Toastmasters Club. (Nawem stands for National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia).
